Supervisor Jose Medina hosted the 2026 Women of Distinction Celebration on Friday, March 20, 2026, honoring women from Riverside County’s First Supervisorial District whose leadership, service, and dedication have made a meaningful impact in their communities.
NORA is proud to share that our Chief Executive Officer, Adriane Lamar Snider, was recognized as one of this year’s Women of Distinction. Adriane’s leadership and commitment to survivor-centered advocacy, community healing, and equity have strengthened NORA’s work and expanded access to compassionate support for survivors throughout Riverside County.
This year’s celebration recognized 11 exceptional women whose contributions continue to uplift and strengthen the First Supervisorial District. Adriane’s recognition reflects not only her individual leadership, but also the collective efforts of the NORA, whose dedication and resilience ensure survivors receive the care, advocacy, and hope they deserve.
NORA is honored to stand alongside the remarkable women recognized at this year’s celebration and grateful for the opportunity to celebrate leadership that is building safer, stronger, and more resilient communities.
