September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month!
Suicide is often stigmatized as a topic, and people who need help may keep to themselves and suffer in silence as a result. This month, take the time to care for your friends, family, and community, and talk to someone who may be struggling. Showing kindness and compassion can save a life.
We understand that survivors may face mental health struggles after enduring intense trauma. Our hotline is readily available 24/7 for all survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and child abuse at (951) 686-7272. If you struggle with suicidal ideation and need to talk to someone, please call or text the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.
